UPSC why always unpredictable
What ever the syllabus UPSC has given, they are not asking from the derived syllabus. Always tried to go beyond the ground which indirectly helps IIT students as they easily qualify CSAT and the cuttof goest in there basket. It’s big big loss for the Humanity and commerce background aspirants. Need to resolve this
